SHIPPING POLICY

  • Orders ship within 3–5 business days (custom items may take longer).

  • Flat-rate shipping: $8.95 for orders under $75.00.

  • Free shipping: Orders $75.00 + ship free.

  • We ship via USPS or UPS depending on size and weight.

  • Tracking info will be emailed once your order ships.

  • We currently ship within the U.S. only.

  • Rescue merch sales directly support our animals — so every purchase saves a life.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase — and we’ll do our best to make that happen. Here’s the no-fluff version of how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Custom or personalized items (including engraved or sublimation products) are non-returnable unless we made an error.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to show up after processing.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

  • Exchanges

  • Need a different size or style? Email us at NGLGiftsandEngraving@gmail.com within 14 days.

  • Exchanges are processed once we receive the original item.

  • Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right — replacement, refund, or store credit.
